Evo Development, Inc. completed the redevelopment of the former Aramark Vending Facility on approximately 2.05 ac on Miller Park Way. The site is strategically located in the busy Miller Park Way corridor, just south of Miller Park (Home of the Milwaukee Brewers). The brand new, ground up construction was completed in 2012. The 13,500 s.f. shopping center includes a drive-thru Starbucks, Wisconsin Vision, ATI Physical Therapy, Jersey Mike’s Subs, AT&T Wireless and Qdoba Mexican Grill. Evo Development, Inc. developed the project as a “Fee for Service” developer for an out of state client.
